Returns Policy

At PioneerDJSpares.com, we strive to provide high-quality spare parts for your Pioneer DJ equipment. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, you must submit a return request via email to spares@studiocare.com within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns under any circumstances for the following items:

• Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
• Speaker components, including loudspeakers and drivers
• Other sensitive electrical parts

This policy is in place because these components are easily damaged through improper handling, installation, or testing.

General Return Conditions

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
